In June 2016 I made a reservation for 3 persons to fly from Munich to Dublin and back , booking ref. 2AMYZB . September 2016 I changed the dates to 11th May 2017 and payed 240ā‚¬ changing fee . Unfortunately I had to cancel completely in April 2017 , which I did under the German phonenumber 01805 133209. I was told the flights are cancelled and the only refund I will get are 45ā‚¬ per person on my VISA account from which I payed. Nothing happened and I contacted the German phonenumber again on June 28. Nothing happened again and I contacted the phonenumber again on July 20 and I was told, nothing more can be done , because the refund comes from Dublin directly. Today I checked my VISA account again and no refund. I am now waiting for over three months and I expect my money on my VISA account untill end of August 2017 otherwise I engage a lawyer and will make this case public via the German magazine ” Warentest “.
