I am contacting you in desperation due to the very poor treatment i have received from your lost luggage service. My claim reference number is 1559127, this claim was submitted in the middle of August 2017 and so far after several phone calls and emails i am still being told that the cheque (161.00 Euro) is waiting to be posted. Does it really take several months to post a cheque. At this stage it is as much the principle off the matter as the cash. I am a regular traveler with Aer Lingus but i have already booked my Easter break to Teneriffe with Ryanair. My colleagues in work cannot believe that this could be dragging on so long with our “national” air line.

Ref Return flight Dublin to Split – depart date 25/05/2020 Flight number EI 1470, return date 02/06/2020 Flight number EI1471

I received an e-mail from you today advising me that my money refund/voucher will be issued by the agent. I have tried unsuccessfully to get in touch with e-dreams. Can you confirm that you have sent my claim to them? Is there any other method of contacting the agent other than e-mails?
Thank you for your help in the matter.
