If your baggage is delayed, you may submit the claim with in 6 months for domestic flights and 21 days from the baggage delivery date for international flights.

    Dear Sir/ Madam

    I travelled on the Delhi – Moscow SU235 on 18th.

    My cabin bag had a object that security would not allow.
    So in New Delhi an Aroeflot staff take my bag and put it in check in, but they do not give me a bag number.

    I arrived in Greece at 1pm 18th from Moscow SU124 and my two check in bags and this other bag with no number has not arrived.

    these are the tag numbers for my other two bags

    SU705427

    but i am worried because this other small bag does not have a number.

    it is a
    SMALL BLACK SAMSONITE SOFT CASE UPRIGHT BAG WITH HANDLE

    INSIDE ARE BRASS METAL OBJECTS FOR POOJA, – SRI YANTRA, TRIDENT, AND BOOKS

    i called lost and found in Russia , they have not seen this bag,

    please can you help to find this bag and send together with my other bags.

      The worst staff I had seen in any airport, request to change handling staff. Indian Delhi phone no. Are always out of order, the phone no. Given for lost baggage is always switch off. The office number rings but no body lift. I lost my 3 baggage while coming from Venice to New Delhi via Moscow. It’s almost 6 days, I Recd call on Saturday that Delhi people are sending by courier. Still issue is pending. Where to enquire. Staff is worst, no coutasy, even not paid for my stay for luggage at Delhi, not paid for charges I paid for missing flight.
