since according to her I could not have the drink that came with my purchased meal from the terminal. To the point that the passenger next to me who was Mexican apologized for the crewā€™s behavior. As well as a few passengers during the luggage pick up, who came to us very sympathetic about the way the airline handled the entire issue snd the way we were treated.

My mother, sister, niece and I purchased our airline tickets through the website about a 2 months before our trip (MCO to MEX) Roundtrip. The way there was first class, which was not worth it since the service and the entertainment service were not working. The staff only came twice during a 2:40 minute long flight. Glad that we paid for AM plus for the return. Everything was running smoothly during check in and in the counter. I do have to say that the service on both airports for check in at the counter the service was superb! Friendly and knowledgeable staff with excellent customer service skills. We go to check in and we get our boarding passes and everything seemed perfectly fine until itā€™s time for boarding. We are a family of 4 including my mother on a Wheelchair. My mother, my niece snd myself go through and as my sister was going through, the gentleman asks her ti hold on goes to the counter and comes back with a new boarding pass, no questions asked, and no explanation. My sister is concerned because as she sees the new boarding pass she realized he switched her seat. She asks a gentleman and he claims that they switch seats to Kira families together. Which is normal in other airlines.. except they ask before the switch as a courtesy, the passenger is the one paying for the service, in addition not with someone that has an upgrade.. for leg room and a window and that is traveling with 3 family members. Aeromexico didn’t take responsibility for the wild decision. The entire ordeal was done for a couple that had a dog, that did not have tickets fitting together, and apparently were extremely upset at the airline because they had them going around in circles for hours. Do at this point Iā€™m sitting with my sister., who suffers from a heart condition in the seats that we purchased originally. Then the stewardess tells my sister she has to move . My sister once again asked what is the reason for them to move her from her paid window seat next to the her family , to a middle seat in the other side of the aisle. And they refused to give her a reason. They just told her she Gad to move. At that point another female employee comes in and I Asked her to speak to me, since I was already seeing my sister that her face was flushing, and the ordeal was affecting her health condition. The employee which unfortunately could not get her name since she was covering it.. got extremely close to my face snd cery defiant and disrespectful, did not let me speak, snd went in repeating numerous time if I could not see the seat number she had on the boarding pass she was holiding, I told her she was being disrespectful getting so close to my faceā€¦ and that the number she Gad, was changed by them with out the passengers okay. So the ā€œ supervisorā€ comes in and instead of fixing the problem, and again with no explanation, he asks for me and my 83 year old mother my niece and my sister to step off the plane and that he would relocate us to the next flight. Meanwhile the couple that they were making this entire fuzz about , he is sitting in the back of the plane , and the wife is standing on the hallway if the plane with an empty middle seat that she refused to take. Everyone around us was flying solo, common sense tells you, that if youā€™re switching someone, you try the solo flyers first. Finally the passenger on the window seat on the other side of the aisle decided to give up her seat yo this lady, that yo this point we gave no idea why the switch was made if it wasnā€™t because the lady , who did not have a ticket for that flight. Ended up getting a window seat from someone that paid extra for it , while the dog and husband sat on the back of the plane. That is AeromĆ©xicos, common sense, customer service, and lack of respect for the travelers. Needless to say, that the crew was extremely rude the rest of the flight, by not getting us headphones, and grabbing the trash from my hands extremely aggressive, since according to her I could not have the drink that came with my purchased meal from the terminal. To the point that the passenger next to me who was Mexican apologized for the crewā€™s behavior. As well as a few passengers during the luggage pick up, who came to us very sympathetic about the way the airline handled the entire issue snd the way we were treated.
