Mon fils Alexander Vanhaelen est parti hier de BRU à FEZ avec vol 3O118/4feb.
Il était sur siege 8B.
En sortant de l’avion il a oublié ses lunettes de soleil Ray-Ban (avec des verres optiques).
Comme il va faire un tour au Maroc, il retournera en Belgique via RAK.
Est-ce qu’il y a une possibilité de retourner ces lunettes de soleil à Bruxelles ?

I m trying to book a flight with your airline but I cannot book a fight from Fez to Agadir with Airarabia on-line. I put in all my information, but you don’t accept my telephone number in the United States. You tell me you will send me a text code to confirm all my information but you do not want the phone number I send you. I am a senior citizen, perhaps I do not understand HOW you want my number but you do not make it clear, It is difficult to spend time on the internet and type in lots of information only to be told that the INFORMATION is not acceptable. It is frustrating.
I tried calling your Fez office. The call is not going through . I keep getting a busy signal. I have tried telling the staff at the Barcelo Hotel where I am staying but they also have the same problem. How do you you expect me to make a reservation with this service?
Have been trying to get a repatriation flight out of Morocco to either Barcelona or Madrid and get another flight to Dublin. I’m in fez and a eu citizen 08/01/2022
