- Expectant mothers can travel in Air Arabia Airline till 35 th week of the Single pregnancy and 32 week for multiple pregnancy.

Hi, I just Wanna confess some issue which was occurred in you office yesterday. Actually i was there to get ticket for my nephew to Sharjah, and i was so embarrass wit your staff dealing with the costumers . The Things that happens there was the lady staff told my nephew to pay the amount the ticket and she shows her hand to to the right which i guess there was manager office or any else. Ok I know that was the mistake but its is not that they should laughed at the costumer and obviously that embarrassed me so much until I get to home ok it will be fine if she laughed just once but until i checked out from there she continuously laughing at my Nephew. If you guys had not train your staff to give the proper service toward the costumers then Please let them train cause they can’t embarrassed the customer like laughing when he goes at wrong way i was totally unsatisfied with her and still i am in anger of her . Hope you guys will maintain that.
This is not a new case, specially Nepal staff working in arabia feels like they are working in NASA but in real they are in one of the *** airlines. Once the case happens similar to yours Ashmita ji, and i had slapped so hard one staff at corner.. and made my work so easy smooth than after.. i was unknown about the airlines grade in those days so that was my first and last booking for Arabia..I travel now in another airlines but never had bad experience like air arabia.

I have my reservation ticket and I have to rebooking it. how I can rebooking my reservation .
My flight was on 29th April 1021 from Kathmandu to muscat but the air Arabia staff from Kathmandu (tribhuwan international airport) don’t allow me to travel without hotel booking for quarantine. Instead of hotel booking I had company institutional quarantine confirmation letter but they didn’t allow me to travel. As per Oman government rules either there should be hotel quarantine or company institutional quarantine. In my case airarabia staffs cheated me and didn’t return my air ticket amount back. So I humbly request airarabia ailines to return my ticket fare back by any cost.
