I was Denied on Board by Philippine Airlines in Manila bound to Toronto, in line with this incident i wasn’t able to take my connecting flight from Toronto to Moncton vi AIR CANADA flight no. AC404,AC8902 scheduled last January 14, 2021 at 9:00 (canada time).
I am holding a Permanent Visa but due to covid-19 restrictions, the Philippine Airline Canadian liaison refuse me on board as per the airline. And i was not aware that i am not allowed to enter during this pandemic.
I am tryjng to call the manila office of Air Canada, but i can not go through.
Is there a way i can still request for ticket voucher,so i can still fly with Air Canada once everything is settle.

Air Canada Manila office does not answer their phone. I have tried to reach them thru phone multiple times but I always end up being answered by their answering machine only. I need them to answer my calls immediately because I am having problems with my connecting flights from Cebu to LA. My flight from Cebu to Tokyo September 21,2021which is one of the connecting flights via PAL was cancelled and I already contacted PAL about this and they had advised me that I should coordinate with Air Canada since they were the one who made the reservation.
