Hi, My name is Sutida Pumkaew.(booking reference: KZZ5GR. I booked ticket from ICN to YZZ flight AC62 on July 31 for 2 adults and 1 child.

I got an email saying my flight was changed and that means i miss both my connecting flghts.
Ont the website both aircanada and aeroplane i cannot change my flight or do anything actually
    Says i have to call.
I’ve tried calling over 10 times. Some times the call doesn’t even connect. the times it does im on hold for over 1 hour. At work, teaching and being on hold, its not good.

Why can i not change my flight online? i am flying business class, what kind of service is that? No online changes allowed, no number offered for business class passenger and extremely long wait time NOT to mention i have to press # every minute or so to continue being on hold, it isn’t even a good hold system.

I understand Covid is causing stress and trouble, but please offer more services, not just ONLY calling and for people traveling in Premium Economy or Business (like myself), please offer a better service.

    Thank-you

I have been trying to call you for ages…NO RESPONSE except “All our agents are busy” ad nauseam…!

I don’t believe you; why won’t you answer the phone?

I have to book a flight back to Canada ASAP due to the upcoming expiry of my visa! How can I do this when I can’t contact you???

In my 56 years of living I’ve never had a more frustrating telephone experience than trying to call your office. YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOUR AUTOMATED MESSAGING. It is absolutely terrible. Why would frustrate your customers this way? As punishment, whoever’s responsible for your office should be forced to call your number every day for a month until they get through. All of us who travel Air Canada know your services aren’t the best, but this is an entirely new level.

I called the Seoul reservations office at 11:46 on 2021-07-05 and was on hold for over an hour. I never got through and I had to end my call to return to work. If the phones are not manned during lunch hours, then those hours should be posted. If it is just because there is so much traffic on the phones, hire more staff please!

nobody answers the phone at any of the Korea numbers. I tried calling the Canada, USA, and even Japan phone numbers and the situation is the same. This has to be intentional on their part. I would rather them simply state that they aren’t answering the phones because we owe everyone money than doing this.

I don’t believe that “all agents are busy”… I think they aren’t even there
