    Good morning,

    My luggage was damaged severely during a recent trip with Air China. I got in touch with their customer service centre and they directed me to the Heathrow Office. I’ve emailed them a week ago but still I haven’t heard back from them. Is there any phone number I can call them please? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
