Hello,
I am interested in using your airline on Monday July 8, 2019 from Lome, Togo to Abidjan, Ivory Coast (Air Côte d’Ivoire 511) and then transfer to New York JFK (Air Côte d’Ivoire 3512, Operated by Ethiopian Airlines). I have 2 checked pieces of luggage weighing 22kg each and 1 carry-on luggage weighing 9kg. Can you please tell me if I will be charged any extra fees for these pieces of luggage?
When I traveled from NYC to Lome in January 2019, I came with these 3 pieces of luggage and used Ethiopian Airlines. I was NOT charged any extra fees.
Please let me know- I am on a tight budget now.

I travelled from Lagos to Abidjan on flight HF0827 on May 29th, 2023, and checked two luggages with JFK as my final destination. But my luggage was not transferred to my connecting flight ET512 (Ethiopian airline) to JFK. So i believe my two luggages are still in Abidjan airport.
What can i do to get my luggages or how do i file a claim to retrieve my luggages.? Any advise.and information will be helpful thanks.
