Dana 21.2.2022 putem naloga uplatila sam dvije karte Zagreb Pariz ,u meduvremenu nisam potvrdila rezervaciju imam potvrdu o uplaćenom iznosu ali nemogu stupiti u kontakt s podruznicom Airfrance u Zagrebu .molim Vas da mi date savjet kako da iskoristim uplaceni novac .

nemoguce mi je kontaktirati vas telefonom, jer ni jedan tel. broj objavljen na internetu nije operativan. Moje pitanje je kako slijedi: kupila sam kartu preko Parisa za Boston za iduci cetvrtak 27.10.o.g. Nije mi jasno da li je u cijenu karte uracunata prtljaga check in, jer radi se o interkontinentalnom letu, pa se placa jos jedna dodatna prtljaga ili…..
