I am trying to contact Newark Airport – Air India Customer care for last 2 hours and unable to contact them. I have done web check in but due to emergency family situation want to cancel my ticket. The 3rd party through which I have booked the ticket are asking me to cancel the web check in which I am not able to do so online. I am 4 hrs away from Airport and impossible to drive to Airport and cancel in-person.

Trying to find out how to ship oxygen concentrators to New Delhi, India
The customer care service lines are always clogged from anywhere between 60 minutes and DAYS TOGETHER. After you explain for infinite number of times on different days, to the person who picks up, if at all, then you will be connected to Ticketing dept. and from there on your infinite days of wait will start. Finally nobody would call back on the number provided. This is the status of customer service in Air India as on 7th Sep 2021. If customers cannot contact Air India before their due date of flying from EWR to MAA even after 45 days, then how can they change their date of journey. I really do not understand. Can someone call me and address my woes.
One of the worst customer service.
I have been calling Customer care from past 4 days, i have been kept on calls for long durations. Today i was finally able to get to talk to reservations and the reservation team said they are not able to change the return date. They had ask me to request the commerce department or Local Newark team for doing the change .
Could you please help me in changing my return dates please? I am moving from pillar to post with no resolution yet.
