Excuse me, i had i flight canceled in the last moment, 18th sep, Vienna- Dehli, they send us to a hotel, and they tell us to send the expences taxi and hotel recieves to [email protected] , i send 3 or more times an email with my recievs forwarded to that e-mail adress and others and i dond get any answer, i had call air india Vienna and Mumbai, and nobody give me solutions. What should i do? I got a taxi with the confidence Airindia airport responce for that problem

Ich habe Flüge direkt bei Airindia gebucht und bezahlt und auch auf meine Mailadresse (oliver.prammer@liwest) bereits die eTickets erhalten und ausgedruckt. Beim Finden sowohl auf der Website als auch auf der App sind meine Buchungen aber nicht auffindbar.
Weder über “Booking Reference” noch “Ticket Number” , bzw. auch meine Mailadresse kann ich meine Buchungen einsehen,warum?
