why is Airindia not issuing a refund that i have been promised and is giving me a run around for months now. This is really bad customer service and I am really disappointed
Worst call center.2-3 hours on hold and call gets dropped.
Same here, trying to get a refund since May, 2021 because the passenger died a week before the flight. I guess the customer representatives treat non-Indians better than Indians,
I called Air india and paid the amount for my booking. All i was given was PNR which was cancelled without issuung me mt ticket. I have been waiting and trying to receive help about my refund. But the customer service is pathetic. My money is still with airlines and nobody bothers at all. I had to file complaint in DOT and will have to take legal actions for this fraudent activity.

I had booked my tickets for the June travel to India and due to the pandemic, the flights were canceled. I am trying to reach Air India ever since March and have sent almost 19 emails but there is no update on refund or any guidelines on rebooking. Extremely disappointed with the customer service!
I am trying to reach toll free number to reissue ticket. Talked to many agents. They simply transfer to other number where I have to hold for 30-45 mins before I disconnect. Just hearing the message ” All representative are busy”. Really pathetic. Not sure what to do
I have been trying to reschedule my tickets to Bangalore from SFO for past 3-4 days and unable to reach them. 2-3 hours on hold and later on call gets dropped. In scenario advise me what I should do.
