We would like to know the flight schedule from Penang to Medan on 30th April and return 7th May is still okay or cancel. Have receive a friends that their flight has been cancel and move to June.
Request for cancellation & refund the entire amount for the Booking No. WZG4XY Kolkata to Bangkok which was booked by mistake, this happened when I was booking for Bangkok to Singapore for the same four persons. However, the boking for Kolkata to Bangkok already made vide Booking number V9WFTK for the same four persons. Subsequently i also booked for Bangkok to Singapore vide Booking number JBEDSR. I have been trying to checkin but unable to do so. Have tried to contact Airasia but also cannot.
I SIMPLY WANT TO CANCEL FLIGHTS MY FAMILY AND I BOOKED AS OUR CIRCUMSTANCES HAVE CHANGED. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CANCEL FOR THREE DAYS.
