I have purchased a ticket for an AirAsia flight departing Macao to Kuala Lumpur on 7 October 2017. My checked baggage allowance is 20 kg. After the purchase of the ticket, I would like to purchase an additional baggage allowance of another 10kg. Could you advise me on the process to purchase the additional 10 kg baggage allowance in case I may need it? I tried to call you call centre at 03-21719333 but the line is not available.
