    This is a complaint regarding delay in effecting refund.
    Details are given hereunder:-
    1. Ticket No.2333195150-51 – Refund request No. 2928340
    2. Ticket No.2333195152-53 – Refund request No. 2928341

    On 23.05.2020, I received 2 emails from [email protected], intimating that the refund requests Nos. 2928340 & 2928341 have been processed.

    On 05.06.2020, I chatted with your Customer Sales and Sevice Representative Mr. Akram and requested to release the refund at the earliest.
    I didn’t get any reply till now. Please release the refund at the earliest and please reply to this email intimating me the status of refund. Regards
