This is about Alaska cancelled flight 753 scheduled for Saturday Deceber 14 at 520 PM. RDU to SEA
After a very long wait they announced the cancellation. We were told to get our baggage then go get rebooked.
After another very long wait, we get rebooked with Delta flight 1253 for Monday, the 16th at 715 am
We discovered Alaska’s meal vouchers were only good at the airport.. So we had out of pocket expenses during our two night notel stay.
We had to pay Delta for two pieces of baggage as we checked in. I understand this will be reinbursed.
This entire event was very tiring an stressful for two 83 year olds.
My name is Chan from Mayflower Corp travel, we have a ticket issued for travel on AS 18K 27MAR 5 SEAJFK HK1 2315 0739 , due to COVID 19 Malaysian government has ban all travel .
