My daughter, a Panamanian, is flying in ANA Wed March 18. 10:25 am, from Tokio to Chicago in her way to Panama. We have heard of restrictions to travel, she has been in Japan for two weeks: Will she have any problems? She will arrive at Chicago a 8:05 am, and will fly in Copa to Panama at 2:45 PM March 18. Will she have any problems?, what can we do if so?
