I flew on 26 Jan 2018 Singapore to Chicago via Haneda.
Flight No NH844 SIN – Haneda
Flight No. NH112 Haneda – Chicago ORD
All 3 zips in my luggages are damaged as the lock is also missing.
I like to make a claim for the luggage repair.
I will be flying back to Singapore on 3 Feb 2018.
Please let me know how ANA is going to pay for the zip repairs.

My name Is Eric Chung, and i was on flight number NH 824 from Taipei to Tokyo Narita yesterday, on November 26, 2018. I left a Seiko watch that i bought in duty free under the seat infront of me which was seat number 35D. Could you please let me know how i can get my lost item? I am certain that it was under the seat in front of me which would have been seat 34D.

I had a flight from vladivostok to sydney via narita by S7 company , i left my cashmere long scarf chanel grey with white color and black warm head on 28.12.2018. On a board of flight . When i backed from sydney i met some stuff from aircraft and she said that my items they took to lost and found of the airport norita ,so how can i take it from tjere if i am not going to Tokyo .
