While it is not mandatory to enjoy your job, having a position with customer service should entail some training and basic people skills. upon my arrival my luggage didnt arrive and arrived three days late, I had to buy clothes as I didnt have anything to wear.
My bags arrived broken and three of my watches were missed from my bag.
When I contacted Austrian Lufthansa airline in Tehran they opened a case IKA OS19976 and told me to contact Lufthansa for follow up.

This is so sad that you guys are pushing the balls and spinning me around.
