After waiting for over 2 hrs and hearing your damn repeating message every 15 seconds there was still no answer and I had to hang up without getting any reply! Horrible experience!!
I have been trying to reach the Austrian Airlines Tehran Town Office for the past three days to ask them about their approved PCR test centers in Tehran. Despite trying for hours, unfortunately, there is no response. I also tried the airline’s office at IKA airport where there is no response either. Not responding to phone calls and providing no alternative for customer service is shameful by any standard. I am very disappointed!
It is also noteworthy that the [email protected] address is either incorrect or there is a problem with the respective e-mail server as my e-mail to Customer Relations through this address has always bounced!
My negative but very polite comment was removed shortly after posting, supposedly, by the site admin. This implies a high level of dishonesty and does nothing but consolidating my negative view about the sad management of Austrian Airlines Tehran Town Office!
