Hello, I am Christian Georges Bruno SPILLER and I am now in Thaïland. I have a reservation n° KJIH76 for a flight to BKK to GEN. This flight has been cancelled. Austrian sent me a mail to tell me that and to give 3 choices. I choose a refund but the link given in the mail does not work. So I sent 2 mails to your feedbackservice and got 2 automatic mails to tell me to go to internet on your site but the link does not work. So I called the office in Paris (I am french) and some one gave another phone number. OK I called yesterday this new phone number and I Waited 20 mn with classical and beautiful music but nobody never has answered me. OK I tried to call the office in Bangkok and an automatic voice gave me another phone number! It’s incredible! It looks like the company organise things to not take cake care of customers who want a refund!
So I hope I am wrong and hope you will answer me soon and consider my demand.
