I am very disappointed with the way British Airways personnel treated me today 09-03-2019. I was refused to check in at the desk after an online checking the previous day. The lady in the office proudly confirmed that calling of my name while I was was at the airport was just a formality. To my surprise the same flight was delayed by 20minutes while I was posted from pillar to post until the flight left. That was the worst experience ever. Despite the fact that I asked to speak to Theo the manager, I was only told that I can ask for assistance after the flight left.
The least is just to treat customers with passion and not as if we just a piece of trash.

we made a booking for travel April 2020 from Harare to Port Elizabeth, unfortunately, due to the Covid travel bans, we were unable to travel. It appears that the Harare office is now closed. Kindly advise how we can get a refund.
