Dear Sir/Madam, we have big troubles with communication with all your offices (Shanghai, Kuala Lumpu, Prague). Not possible to reach via mobiles, emails. I reached hotline CEA but nobody speak English. China eastern airlines change (MU 813>MU 869) our flight from Shanghai to Budapest. I need to know why ? What will be compensation of this change ? We have to wait more than 12 hours in Shanghai !!! We wanted to be back on Saturday 4.1.20. It was reason why we chosed this connection.
