Hi, Iāve tried every number I just keep getting cut off every option I keep getting cut off. Iāve rang 10 different options plus my daughter booked a flight and her return flight from Bali because she is severely dyslexic. She booked the later flight which her work have now saying sheās going to lose her job. She canāt afford Ā£900 to change your flight. She just wants a flight that is 12 hours early as the one she thought she was booking Please would you help. This is really poor customer service that you canāt get to speak to anyone. How does someone thatās not computer literate which a lot of people arenāt or havenāt got access to the Internet sort anything out with you where is your customer service?
