I was wrongly denied boarding from SIngapore to Shanghai; Nanjing to Seoul, despite being entitled to suitable 144-hour TWOV at Shanghai. China Eastern forced my to fly quite directly Singapore-Shanghai-Seoul. This caused enormous inconvenience and disruption to my plans and meetings.
