I have tried calling multiple numbers multiple times all day and no one is answering. And apparently the voice mailbox is full. HORRIBLE SERVICE
Pls confirm baggage allowance for business class from new york to manila. How much would we have to pay for a 3rd piece of checked in luggage?
Nobody answers the phone. Trying to join Pearl online is impossible. I selected a seat when I purchased my ticket and now it shows that I didnāt make a selection. Trying to reselect online has been impossible. Hopefully my flight will not be as stressful.
If your office is not staffed take down the phone number. Very poor experience so far.
