My family is arriving in China on 2 October 2019 from Pakistan via CZ6008. My wife is accompanied with 3 x kids and 4 pieces of luggage and she has back pain issue. After arriving at Uramqi she has to board on CZ 6837 to Nanjing.
Owing to her back pain issue and accompanying kids I fear she might not be able to complete the formalities of Immigration, luggage collection and board on domestic flight all by herself. Therefore, I would request for some kind of assistance on Airport so that she can easily catch the domestic flight without any mishap or worry.

we bought tickets from China Southern Airline with a technical break in Urumqui. These are flights No. CZ6022 and return flights No. CZ6021. We need advice on where and with whom we can verify whether we as citizens of the Czech Republic need a visa because of a technical break.
