She gets 5+ stars from me for her outstanding customer service, follow-up and patience in solving my ticketing problem. Because of her, I can visit my 95 year old mother for Christmas. I am 69 years old, a USA retiree, living now in Thailand. If I still had my company, I would hire her in less than one minute. You have an excellent employee. If I still had my US company, I would hire her in under 1 minute. Because of the customer service she provided me, I will recommend your airline to all who ask.
