Because of the change yesterdat in COVID testing (24 hr rather than 72 hr) reqd to travel to the US we are now forced to get our COVID test at Tocumen the day we depart. I am trying to confirm that this is possible and how much time we should schedule for this. I cannot find a Toocumen or Panama City phone number for Delta on this web page. Hi, my luggage was left at Atlanta airport, even though it was supposed to be delivered to Panama City airport. The Baggage supervisor at the airport assured me my luggage would be delivered to my hotel after it arrived on the following day’s flight, that would be tonight. I moved to another hotel, because I didn’t like the neighborhood, so I asked my new hotel to call the baggage dept. at the airport to give them the new address. It turned out to be a non working number, even though the baggage supervisor wrote it on the claim ticket he gave me last night. The hotel manager was unable to get through to Delta at all. So my luggage is in Atlanta, and I don’t know if it will be delivered or not, but it will be at the wrong address in a bad neighborhood. I need some action on this before my luggage is lost. It cost me $30 cab fare to get from the airport. I think it would be a false gesture, and rather expensive, to take a $30 cab to the airport and a $30 cab back here, with or without my luggage. What is going on? Would you like to help me get my luggage, or would you like a very angry customer?
