COMO PUEDO HACERLO ?
I just arrived santo domingo last thursday(7/7 1:30 AM) through the Delta air DL1943, seat #5C, name is Ryu Hong Yeol. I couldn’t get my baggage s in same time, next day, I got my 2 baggage from airport office. I found out my baggage was damage fully broken 4 wheels. I took a photo to claim to Delta air baggage claim center. I was try to get the file# or references # last 3 days. Unfortunately, they are not answer for me(phone is recording announcements all the time during last 3days).
Please get the file or references # as soon as possible for claim.

Ladies, Gentlemen,
My wife and I are American citizens and have bee stuck here in the Dominican republic because of Covid19. We were scheduled to go home on April 6th. but flights have been canceled twice. It is important that my wife and I return home in late May or early June. Our flight schedule is normally SDQ to ATL to GRR. This time in order to get home we may have to saty overnight somewhere before continuing home to Grand Rapids Michigan.
What Can American airlines offer so we can get home. I appreciate very much your response.
