    hello am traveling to Jordan ( Aqaba) on 8th may 2018 to 14th May 2018, on the invitation by ( Ayla Oasis Development Company and the host Jordan’s Ayla Wake-boarding world Cup) and i have here my ticket, hotel and the event official invitation here with me all is confirmed, and am their official Gust for the event ( Ayla Oasis Development Company and the host Jordan’s Ayla Wake-boarding world Cup) but want to take the visa on Arrival, because there is no Jordan Embassy in Ghana, is its allowed to board the flight and take the visa on arrival? please let me know on time i have all then documents as in my letter here right now in my hand, please and also i need to know is there any document Egypt will require from me apart from all that i have before i board the flight and take the visa on Arrival?

      Hello,
      Please does the EgyptAir Office in Accra have an email address? If Yes, kindly send it to me via email because I have checked online and I could not find any. All other offices of EgyptAir in different countries do have an email address but not the one in Accra.

    I booked Egpyt Air ACCRA-DUBAI and RwandAir DUBAI-ACCRA
    But Egpyt air did not allowed my client board the flight because the return is with Rwandair.This juat happened last week Thursday,29th Nov,2018.
    Upon several battle i was not allowed so i neeswd to cancel the flight and i was sent a mail the $75 has been deducted as fine.
    Please when will i received the refund of the rest of the money.

    My Daughter Hindu has booked EGYPT AIR Tickets from Accra to Washington DC to me (Buddharaju/ Venekata Krishnam Raju) Ticket No ETKT077 2435682748 and my wife ( Buddharaju Uma ) Ticket No ETKT 077 2435682747 on 17.06.2020.

    But we have received following warnings occured

    Your service selection contains unavailable service ( 119225) Atleast one of your selected services was rejected by the system(15239)

    We are Indian Nationality and having Indian Passport Holder Z 5100236 where as it is showing Germany Passenger passport and also my wife passport Indian nationality and having Indian passport Holder M6752533 where as it is showing Iceland passenger passport.
    Please check why these mistakes happened and how you can correct and issue our Air tickets for our confirmation.
    Can I come EGYPT Air office to correct on this.

    I am a student and Ivorian at Senghor University in Alexandria, Egypt.
    I am writing to cash a plane ticket that I was forced to buy on September 19, 2019 by one of your agents at the airport. The agent of Egyptair had informed us that I had to take a plane back to Cairo-Abidjan. Once in Egypt, COVID-19 made me unable to use my because the airport was closed.
    In order not to lose the plane ticket, I cancelled the ticket. I tried several times to cash in the Egyptair branches in Alexandria, but the employees let me know that I had to cash in the Ivory Coast. After information, it turns out that the agency in Abidjan is not functional and that I could cash the agent in your agency because it covers the refunds of airline tickets purchased in Côte d’Ivoire.
