Dear Sir / Madam,
On 25 April 2018 i have traveled from Casablanca to Muscat via Egyptair, Booking No. T73EHU, Ticket No. ETKT 077243087781504.
And i was having extra bag which requested to pay extra money, i use VISA card (the first VISA card) to pay for extra bag, The shift manager informed me that the VISA card it is not excepting to deduct the amount, and then i given another VISA card (the second VISA card) which is deducted the amount, but when i reached Muscat i found the first VISA card was deducted the amount also (this means i have double payed for one extra bag only).
Therefore requesting you to refund the amount.
I have been trying to contact egypt air in Casablanca but all the numbers are un reachable please give me a number that i can call and fro them to answer
Used this office to book my husband and sons’ flight from Nairobi to Casablanca, was very happy with the service. I was also very surprised to find that when they landed in Cairo for their 10 hour layover they were given a hotel room for the duration, this was wonderful; thank you;
