    Good Morning,
We travelled on flight MS779 from Cairo to Heathrow arriving at 21.00 hours on 6th December.
We left our duty free purchases on the plane in the overhead locker. 0ur seat number was 30A and 30B.
We realised this when we were waiting for baggage.
We tried to ask for help at the baggae claim but were told that we needed to contact the airline direct. There was no-one to speak to at the airport.
Please can you advise us to what to do? There must be a way for us to contact Egyptair and try to find our bag?
    Thanks
    Pat Moore
