On return from Auckland in April my wife received her new Silver membership card package. Despite 2 calls to your help desk to obtain my Silver card pack, I have still not received mine. I would like to have this before I plan to book a return flight to Christchurch in the near future.

Hi All,
I booked a flight from Cardiff to Brisbane with Emirates, through GoToGate and the return flight from Edinburgh to Cardiff was cancelled re. Flybe collapse the CodeShare with Emirates. I have my return flight from Brisbane via Dubai to Edinburgh on 25th and 26th March, but no flight to Cardiff and no answers from Emirates nor GoToGate about this, only acknowledging my mail. I have phoned and the lines are engaged all of the time, what do I do??? Do I fly to Edinburgh and wait for assistance? Please advise.
