    Good morning I have been trying to contact your office + Harare Airport and have been unsuccessful in both.
    I travelled on Emirates Flight713 on 6th April from Dubai to Harare on 9 25 am flight.
    I have lost my Apple I phone 5 unsure wether I lost it on the flight, in Dubai airport or Harare Airport.
    I would appreciate your help on this matter and ask if you could assist me.

    They do not answer the phone but rather leave you on hold, pick up, and place you on hold again until you tire and hang up. Extremely unprofessional and Emirates Corporate should look into hiring more professional staff. Certainly there are plenty of people in Harare that are willing to work.

    I would like to place a complaint about Emirates Zimbabwe on here as I have had no response from them. I have been to the offices in Harare about 4 times now and waited over an hour for service each time. There are 6 help desks and never has there been more than three people to help at a time, there are not even enough chairs for the people in the long queue to even sit on and the security guard does nothing to help. Today I was there for 25 minutes and in that time the queue had moved by one person so I actually left because I have a life, and work to get to! I have tried to email and no response and the phone number they supply on the website and at the office never gets answered, I sat on the phone for over 15 minutes on hold before giving up. Is there some way we can rectify this situation? #emirateszimbabwe
