My wife and two boys a 9month old and 4.5yrs old joibed etheopian airlines from Qatar to Ghana, and unfortunately there were inconvenient at the Airport during the check-in which has affected all the 19 passengers including my family missed their transit flight. And for the pas 5 hours they are still at the Abijan airport where they were told they need to make another transit there without food any water. My family are really stressed up and i really need your assistance.
I called the Qatar emergency center an a lady by name Elshadi Million answered the phone but all she could say was am sorry but let me give you thei contact to call them at Abijan which i stayed online for more than 5min without her voice again. So i don’t know how your emergency services works too.
Please i need help ro my family and the order passengers.
I need the management of Etheopian Airlines to see to this issue because it’s really going on and affecting family members.
I really appreciate your services but the inconvenience that sometimes occurring can tactically be solved by appropriate orders amd responsible staffs .
