would like to find out the cheapest flight return, from Durban to London and back for about two months
I am booked on 30/4/17 fom Durban to Jeddah for UMRAH.
Please advise if there is facilities at Addis airport for me to change into IHRAAM make abalution and perform my Salah before I board my flight to Jeddah.
My wife is a foreigner and was married in South Africa so she assumed my surname. She has been working in Myanmar (Burma) but with a a military ruled administration my surname is not recognized. I purchased via on-line an Ethiopian Airline ticket to fly from Singapore to Durban (agent Budgetair.com) to fly in December 2017 (4 months time ) In error my surname was included – I have made several requests to both the Airline and the Agent to rectify the ticket by removing my surname and to keep her 3 first names (per say) but they seem to refuse to amend indicating that I must buy another ticket which was about 807usd. This is daylight robbery mores especially she will fly in 4 months time. The situation is made worse as connecting flights have been purchased. Is there any higher authority that I can approach or courts without me having to unfairly purchase another ticket for a simple administrative amendment based on a simple human error – I even requested for a letter which can be shown to the check in counter officials which other Airlines or Agents do issue when a simple rectification is required. IS THERE ANY ADVISE

I cannot make payment for a booking reservation via travel bank or credit card, and I want to urgently pay for the booking as it expires in 22hrs from now. KIndly assist urgently with other possible mode of payment e.g. EFT or a bank account details for ethiopian airline. I am in south africa and made the booking from Durban today, 27 november 2019. ia m flyimng dubai to durban to dubai.. all tickets booked thraough ethipiaon airlines website. i have a 2 hour layove in johannesburg when flyin durban to dubai on the return. is 2 hours enbough tinme to transit in johannnesburg. will i need to offload my bags in johannsesburg becaus you have booked me on a domestic flight, or can i check my luggage in durban direct to dubai? thank you.
I am a regular traveller on Ethopian Airlines and also a Sheba Miles Member. I have travelled with u to Hong Kong, Tel Aviv, etc, In the year 2020 we were not allowed to travel due to Covid 19. Last year I and 18 family members were booked to travel to Cairo, and due to Covid 19,
our flights had to be cancelled. I informed Ethopian Airlines of my predictament on the 14 December, days before my flight, and requesting a refund.. Your airlines informed me that they have received my cancellation request and correspondence, and due to Covid, they have been inundated with calls, and they will come back to me. Ever since, i have sent correspondence which have been ignored to date. That does not help me. I requested on numerous occasions a refund of my ticket of R10,391.92, without any luck.
Shortly, I will be booking flights for my annual overseas holiday, but cannot do so, due to the above issue.
Can somebody please contact me urgently with the above issue.
