I have been yesterday Sunday June 9, 2019 on the flight ET 407 ADD to Lome transit to DLA
Since the flight KP34 was going to Bangui, I ask the Ethiopian ground crew to issue me the boarding card to Bangui so I didn’t have to go out in DLA. Which worked perfect.
The issue was the luggage. I had two check in luggage, one arrived in Bangui the second one not.
The problem is the ground crew in LOME took my luggage ID’s and didn’t give it back to me. So I don’t know is the one still in LOME or in DLA. My flight was from BEY via ADD to DLA (via LOME)

So the bigger problem is here in Bangui, the people at the airport don’t really know what to do.
