j’ai fait une demande de carte de fidélité depuis plusieurs moi, on me répond à chaque fois qu’elle prête mais je n’ai toujours rien reçu. pourtant je voyage souvent sur ET, j’ai effectué 5 voyages ces derniers moi dont 4 en business class. je suis donc ainsi pénalisé
