Hello I called your office to ask about cost of extra suitcase and was told that it will cost $200 for extra bag. My helper was travelling on Thursday 2 Aug at 3 am on your airlines then to Accra carrying with her 2 suitcases of 23 kg each which I have weighed myself and are allowed by your airline and a 3rd suitcase of 23 Kg. I was surprised to know that she was charged $360. She tried to communicate with the woman at the counter but the women wad very mean and took her passport and was obliged to pay to take back her passport. Please explain to me how did you calculate it when I was told that a 3rd bag is $200. I am very surprised the way you treat those girls and do not give them a chance to ask questions and take their passports. It is unacceptable.
