Flight cancelled on 30th Nov from DMM to Addis,
Nobody from Ethiopian in office or front desk…
And nobody to answer phone calls as all mobile closed!!!
This is VERY POOR service quality and totally unacceptable

This is bullshit. Tried almost every number and none of them is working. Even their callcenter number which says 24 Hours. I am never gonna sell any seat from Ethiopian ever again. When problem arises no one is willing to talk or assist you
It is when situation is hard that we see professionalism, This is a very bad way of doing business. why should you have your phones on but decide not to responds to your customers. Very poor!!!
