I have tried for the last few hours to contact you about a purchase that was lost during one of your flights but I was put on hold for hadf an hour and did not get a satisfactory result.
Have left messages to get back to me several times this week. Have had no return call. Very disappointing. Am calling because I did not get sheba miles on my flight Tel Aviv-Johannesburg and back in March
I have lost my luggage on 8th of October 2018 and I registered my complaint on the day itself at Aerohandling, Tel-Aviv airport. File reference number TLVET13332/08OCT18/1926GMT. Since then I have been trying to contact you through sending so many emails and calls but no response from your side (almost two months). I have lost my luggage because I flew with your airline. I have never seen such an irresponsible airline in my life. Please try to respond first to your customer. You are responsible for the loss of my luggage. If not possible for you after 21 days, then you should have done compensation. You haven’t done anything. This is the rule for all airlines. If you continue without responding as you are, I will register complaint and spread this in all social medias. I have all the evidences from day 1 onwards. Also, some of my luggage’s were heavily damaged. I will forward all my communications please try to respond as soon as possible.
