I would like to get information on the procedures and requirements to book a flight from Brussels to Maputo for two unaccompanied minors, ages 11 by the time of flying (July 2018).
They, both girls, are twins from Mozambican descent, with double Belgian and Mozambican nationality, actually living in Belgium and traveling with Belgian passports. (Would it then be possible for them to enter Mozambique with their Mozambican passports?)
I am the father, Belgian, living in Belgium.
The girls would be picked up by their mother, a Mozambican woman actually living in Mozambique.

I have booked a flight for me and my 12-year-old daughter with BudgetAir.be Capetown-Addis-Brussels, I already booked it on January 25. The stopover in Addis was great, only 1 hour and 35 minutes, which is the reason why I booked Ethiopian in the first place, as I am travelling with a child. My E-ticket number is 0717095115452. Last week I get a change of schedule… stating I now have a stopover of 26 hours in Addis!!! I am literally only flying out on the connecting flight the following evening. How is this possible? I am devastated. And I got no information whatsoever about hotel accomodation which the consumer protection act already claims from a 8 hour stopover, in this case it’s more than 24 hours. Please help me out… I beg you to rebook me and my daughter on an earlier connection, or in the very wordt case, to organise our hotel accomodation and transport in Addis. Please treat the file with urgency as we need to leave on Tuesday morning from Capetown and only found out about this ridiculous change of schedule now. Kind regards, Kris Verspreet
I arrived yesterday in Malabo ( Equatrial Guinea ). My baggage is not here. The office in Malabo said it was still in Addis Abeba and it should arrive today. It didn’t arrive.
As I am here for 7 weeks ( I am an independant operating engineer ) you can find in my baggage :
– my second laptop,
– a laser device that I need to do my job in Equatorial Guinea,
– clothes, working clothes, safety shoes,
– the complete file about the project I am responsable for.
So I have to buy clothes and other things.
As I paid the flight with American Express Gold card, I can buy clothes after 4 hours for 250 euro and after 48 hours for 750 euro. I need to send the bills and the TAG number of my baggage. As I had two boarding cards, I had twice the info but … by boarding in Brussels, the girl at the gate destroyed accidentally the part with the TAG number. In Malabo I gave the boarding card of the connecting flight to your staff member. So, I don’t have that information anymore. Can you please find the TAG number in your system ? I wanted to send an e-mail to the Brussels office, but I don’t find an e-mail address on their web-site.
