    I have booked etihad air ticket from Ahemdabad to Bahrain on 29 April , I want to change it between 13 to 15 April . It was booked through travel agent . It’s return ticket Bahrain to Ahamdabad and Ahamdabad to Bahrain .

    Sir,
    I have travelled by your Air line with my wife from Chicago to Abudhabi to Ahmedabad on 28th October
    And returning back on 2nd February back to USA.
    My concerns are,
    1. One of my beg got torn from the bottom
    2. I may have to change my flying back plan and leave early than booked journey.
    I will appreciate if you let me know where should I contact in Ahmedabad for this issues.
    Me and my wife both being senior citizen your kind help for these issues will be highly appreciated.

    Now her return portion of the ticket we wants to cancelled out — now please guide us has it be possible? and if possible then how much money we will return back.
    The ticket is booked via agent — hence what will be the cancallation policy.

        I have forgotten my phone while flying from Madinah to Abu Dhabi.

        I have tried contacting them hello lot of times but they are either not responding or careless enough to not to investigate.

        I request you to please investigate something from your end. I know such things take time but please at least let me know of my phone is safe. It is indeed a costly and a business phone.

    Dear All,

    I am taking a flight from Ahmedabad to Abu Dhabi on 4th Dec 2021 and then connecting to NY; USA on the same day.

    As per recent guidelines from the Indian Government all International flights are suspended till 30 November 2021 and only flights covering air bubbles are operated. Hence would like to know if Etihad flies under air bubble agreement and our 4th Dec 2021 flight will be operating and visa with visitor status for USA are allowed?

    Booking reference for me and my spouse is ICVIXO. I had requested for change of my return journey ( AMD-AUH-FLL ) from 6 March to 1st April 2022 over phone contact number 18001233901 ( as on line change- modifications for this date changes not allowing by your system) . I was agreeable for rate difference of US $ 102. per person ( equivalent to whatever INR Rupees if payable in Rs.) and had requested to send me link by e-mail to me ( RKPATEL71@ @GMAIL.COM) for payment for these rate difference fare. But they couldn’t send it to me and informed me that there was some problem in ok status for second passenger ( Kailashben Patel ) and they are writing/ sending emails to your concerned authorities for solution to this problem and I was told that it will be solved in 3-4 hours. But the same is still not solved. I contacted again 4 times on phone from time to time during this week but I am receiving same replies ( status ok not confirmed/ sending emails. ).
    Can you please take up the matter at the your next appropriate higher authority and reply me by email to me about status/ developments/ actions taken by you and what should be further course of actions, I am supposed to do for finalizing date change and payment of rate fare difference etc..
