very bad service by etihad airways.my flight was sheduled from mumbai at midnight to abudhabi with confirmed ticket.how ever etihad staff told me to wait till morning to boad another flight.they didnt took me to hotel or lodging to stay but only gave me discount coupons vochers and cheap breakfast only at mumbai airport.i had to sit at airport till next morning to board another flight to abu dhabi to reach jeddah.horrible experience by etihaad airways

I have been trying to reach customer service desk from UK without success for the last 48 hours for rescheduling my friends itinerary who missed her flight due to incorrect entry of her date of birth ( DOB) on her US Visa . It is really a frustrating experience to contact the right person to sort out this problem for which the traveler is no way responsible. Despite of sending several email no response. Would really appreciate proper support & assistance. Many thanks.

The HYDERABAD RESERVATION OFFICE on Road #1 does not exist any more. It has been approximately two years since they have wound up the office at this location. Only hope is the airport office RGI.

Ehihad is a good airlines to fly. The major Problem is with Reservations and payment department. Most of the time we can hear reservation side shouting and talking than doing their JOB. when the time comes for Payment for the ticket we are kept waiting for more than 15 min at which time e get auto disconnect from your number. Customers should not be kept that log waiting. The agent should take the customer contact number and call them to complete the transaction. I have tried 3 times today and will try one more time before i book onothr airlines.you agents are paid and they should so their job. They are not paid to chat.

WE ARE INDIAN PASSPORT HOLDERS. WE HAVE USA VISA. WE BOOKED IN ETIHAD AIRWAYS FROM HYDERABAD TO NEW YORK VIA ABU DHABI. IS IT ANY REQUIREMENT OF VISA IN ABU DHABI AIRPORT FOR TRANSFER FROM TERMINAL 3 TO TERMINAL 1 AND STAY FOR 3 HOURS.
