I purchased a Business class ticket to Abu Dhabi with Turkish Airline/Ethiad. I arrived Istanbul at 6.00am and can’t reach or see any Ethiad Staff to get my boarding pass. I was told just to look for a seat at the Airport lobby for the next 4 hours till the Ethiad staff resume.
Iam also unable to reach Ethiad on phone. My call was kept on hold for over an hour.
This is very very unfair. Even as a Business class passenger. They should know what time flights arrive and make plans for the passengers not leave to roam the Airport.
