The phone number for Etihad South Africa does not exist. it doesn’t work = please update that information!!!!
I’m unhappy with Etihad! I have a credit with you dating back to 2020. I need to make a reservation. It has proved impossible to do this online and so far equally impossible to do it through your so-called reservations office at 0860 123150. When the phone is answered the recorded response is ‘to continue in English press 1’. But when you do you get music, messages in a foreign language, and more of the same. I have today held on for a total of 45 minutes!!
Please tell me how in fact I can successfully make a booking, which I need to do rather urgently so that I can fit in with land arrangements made by others.
I see other passengers have had the same problems and I look forward to a quick response.
