I travelled from London to Dhaka on 6 March and will return to London on 21 April. Should I have to undergo a 10-day hotel quarantine in London due to my transit in Abu Dhabi as UAE is one of the 33 red alert countries in UK list.
My wife and I are scheduled to fly Etihad to Abu Dhabi on tuesday next 26th october .Sadly I HAVE BEEN TOTALLY CONFUSEDBY YOUR “COVID REQUIREMENTS”
Your phone contacrt says”all you have to do is complete a PCR test within 48 hours of flight.”
My wife and I will be completeing our PCR avccordingly and will present the PCR completion result at check-in.In addition we have our National Health Service Passes .
So fa we have complied but we are now told that we need to “download the Al Hosn app” . How do you do this?
I am 84 and my wife is 79 .Our very adult children have no idea what this means. Is it for UAE residents? In the app it asks for a mobile number but preceded by the code 971!!! I have no mobile other than that registered in the uk .

I bought two adult tickets, single one way from Munich to Brisbane costing nearly £4,000 for the single flight. With Covid it got cancelled and we were sent back to the UK. I have been offered a refund of €550.36. How they arrived at 36 cents I don’t know.
Would I fly with them again? What happened to customer service?
I never asked for a refund, just for the tickets to be honoured when the skys open up again. What a way to treat a loyal customer.
